Back on Saturday 7th June

is our popular

Two hours of Sivananda Hatha Yoga to start the weekend well.

This is a balancing class which includes relaxation postures to stretch and align breathing with bodywork.

Postures work through the body to re-balance and re-connect, leaving you invigorated and relaxed for the weekend ahead. Cost £17.

A Reiki level 1 workshop took place on Saturday 12th & Sunday 13th April, with Chris Uphill.

This 2 day workshop gave a comprehensive introduction to Reiki and Attuned students to Reiki level 1. Cost £50.

Level 2 will now be held on Saturday and Sunday
