Seichem Healing

Seichem (pronounced Say-keem) is a form of hands-on healing similar to Reiki. In fact Reiki is considered one of the elements of Seichem. A treatment usually lasts about an hour with the recipient remaining fully clothed whilst either laying or sitting down.

It can help to ease tension, promote relaxation and soothe pain.
